Commercial cleaning built on accountability
CT Cleaners is a commercial cleaning and janitorial company serving Southwest Michigan, and one of the largest of its kind in the region. Co-founded by Cameron Tran and his father, Ronald Tran, the company was built on one promise that has never changed: a clean, healthy space on every single visit, backed by real accountability. In an industry where service quality quietly slips the moment no one is watching, CT Cleaners built its reputation on consistency you can count on.
Cleaning and janitorial services
CT Cleaners serves a wide range of facilities across Southwest Michigan, including office buildings, medical and dental offices, schools and universities, retail stores, restaurants, gyms and fitness centers, warehouses and industrial spaces, churches, and government buildings. Services span recurring janitorial and office cleaning, floor and carpet care, restroom sanitation, high-touch disinfection, and tailored cleaning schedules built around each client’s hours and needs.
Serving Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids
Headquartered in Kalamazoo and serving the greater Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids markets, CT Cleaners grew from nothing into one of the largest janitorial companies in Southwest Michigan by doing the simple things relentlessly well, one building and one kept promise at a time. Local ownership means local accountability — the people responsible for the work are part of the same community they serve.
The CT Cleaners standard
The CT Cleaners standard is about reliability and trust: supervisors and quality checks that keep every site consistent, clear communication between the office, the crews, and the client, and a team that treats every building as if it were its own. That standard is exactly what Cameron Tran and Ronald Tran later carried nationwide through Optimal Facility Services.
Founded by a father and son
CT Cleaners is a true father-and-son business. Cameron Tran, an operator and allocator who has been building companies since he was twelve, and Ronald Tran, the family-first foundation behind it all, built CT Cleaners together — and it remains the company that started everything. Read more about Cameron Tran and the journey.
Part of the Investera portfolio
CT Cleaners is part of Investera Holdings, Cameron Tran’s portfolio of service businesses. It is the living proof behind the buy-and-build thesis: an ordinary service business made into a regional leader through better systems, leadership, and an unwavering standard — and the model now applied across the portfolio with CleanControl and ABOS.
Why businesses choose CT Cleaners
Companies stay with CT Cleaners because it is dependable, communicative, and accountable — a cleaning partner that shows up, holds the standard, and makes their space something they are proud of. For commercial cleaning in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, or anywhere in Southwest Michigan, CT Cleaners is built to be the one you do not have to think about.
What sets CT Cleaners apart
Plenty of companies will clean your building. What sets CT Cleaners apart is accountability: supervisors and quality checks that keep every site consistent, open communication between the office, the crews, and the client, and a team that treats each building as its own. In an industry where service quietly slips the moment no one is watching, that reliability is the entire value — and it’s the reputation that helped make CT Cleaners one of the largest janitorial companies in Southwest Michigan.
Local ownership, real responsibility
CT Cleaners is locally owned and operated, which means the people accountable for the work are part of the same Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids community they serve. Co-founded by Cameron Tran and his father, Ronald Tran, the company carries a family’s name — and a family’s standard. That’s a different kind of accountability than an absentee national chain can offer.

Built for Southwest Michigan
CT Cleaners is a Southwest Michigan company through and through. Local ownership means the people accountable for your building are your neighbors, not a distant call center.
